After Rescue: The Need for Long-Term Care

Crisis shelters save lives, but true restoration requires months or years of intentional support - exactly what many programs lack and what Destiny’s Calling provides.

Why Long-Term Matters

Survivors need trauma counseling, education, job skills, and spiritual renewal to break free from fear, shame, and dependency.

Campus Features for Complete Restoration

  • ReSale Store fully funding the mission through volunteer efforts

Destiny’s Calling raised over $10,000 at our Spring Fashion Show in April 2026 at New River Church in Lake Wylie, SC. Volunteer models lit up the runway wearing stylish outfits hand-selected from our resale store, while guests enjoyed giveaways, fellowship, and an inspiring evening in support of our mission.A highlight of the event was our featured speaker, South Carolina House Representative Brandon Guffey, who courageously shared the heartbreaking story of his 17-year-old son, Gavin, who died by suicide after becoming the victim of a sextortion scheme. His powerful message brought awareness to one of the fastest-growing online threats facing teenagers today and underscored the importance of protecting vulnerable young people. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, donors, and attendees whose generosity made this event a tremendous success.

At Destiny’s Calling Ministries, our mission has always been clear: to provide a safe, Christ-centered haven for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. We are dedicated to walking alongside these brave young women, offering housing, trauma-informed counseling, life skills, and spiritual restoration so they can rediscover their God-given identities and step confidently into their destinies.
