Greetings Mighty Warriors!!!
Once again, I want to take the opportunity to speak that over your life. To encourage you that you are a MIGHTY WARRIOR!!! You may say; “But, you have no clue what I have had to endure over the past week, month, year, ten years.” I don’t know the details of your story however, what I do know is that you are still standing, and you are still fighting. There are others who threw in the towel and called it quits and you didn’t. Just this week, a dear friend lost his son-in-law to suicide. His granddaughter at 16 is now motherless and fatherless. My heart goes out to the family. I have another friend that lost her son-in-law to a fatal car accident. That’s why I can say you are a Mighty Warrior because You Didn’t Give Up!!! You might have wanted to. You might have prepared, but you didn’t go through with it. You ARE a Mighty Warrior.
For the past five years we have had our Monday evening call. As a matter of fact, last week was our anniversary and marks the beginning of our SIXTH year, yes, SIXTH YEAR!!! WOW!!! It’s hard to believe that we have been doing a call faithfully EVERY MONDAY EVENING for SIX YEARS!!! It just doesn’t seem possible that it’s been that long. What a GREAT SIX years it has been!!! We’ve made knew friends. Welcomed babies into the Tribe!!! Had husbands join us. We’ve grown. We’ve been challenged. We’ve received prophetic words and the list goes on. It’s been AMAZING, HUMBLING, CHALLENGING, EXCITING, and all that happens in one call, it happens in every call. How can I say that with such confidence? Because the word says that where two or more are gathered there HE shall be!!! DROP THE MIC!!! Holy Spirit NEVER fails to Show Up, Show Off and we give HIM all the credit. This ministry isn’t about us it’s about HIM!!! We stay faithful to HIM. We stay faithful to do every week what He has asked us to do, even when we don’t feel like it.
So, what does that have to do with You as a Mighty Warrior? Lots. You haven’t given up either. Even when you don’t feel like it. Even when it’s difficult and you aren’t sure of what you are to do next. You haven’t given up. You have stayed the course and stayed strong. That’s how I know. We hear your stories. We feel your pain. How can I say that? Because, I am confident that someone on the leadership team has already experienced what you have or is currently going through what you are. Your testimonies are our testimonies. Your losses are our losses. Your victories are our victories. The first assignment God gave us as a ministry was to pray for every one of you, retreats and Monday night calls are secondary to that mandate. That’s why we pray for you to stay the course. If you EVER need prayer, please hit respond to one of these emails and we will get your request out to all leadership to dispatch the Prayer Warriors on Your behalf. That’s our commitment to you and that commitment will never change.
That being said. How about joining us tomorrow evening as we continue our study with John Maxwell’s leadership book “No Limits.” The book is helping us to realize that we have only begun to scratch the surface of our purpose and our potential. Whether you are already walking in your destiny or just beginning, THERE IS MORE!!!
