Happy New Decade!

Greetings and Happy New Year, New Decade,

It is wonderful to be back from Holiday festivities and focused on the new year.  I pray that these holiday weeks were enjoyable, even if they were hectic.  Hopefully, you were able to have some down time, in the midst of all the goings on.

Tomorrow evening we will have our first phone call of the new decade.  The first call of 2020!!!  It’s such an exciting time, the beginning, of this NEXT SEASON…..

We are on the threshold of the FULFILLMENT of God’s Promises.  Let me say this….I had no clue what I was going to write in this email.  For the past 10 days I have been seeking the Lord for His direction for 2020, for the body of believers, and until I sat down to write I still had not heard anything.  UNTIL I typed the word threshold, at that very moment I heard FULFILLMENT.

My spirit immediately caught what Holy Spirit was saying.  The word fulfillment resonated in my spirit.  This next decade is going to be the fulfillment of the hopes and dreams and visions and promises that the Lord has given us over the past decade, maybe for some, even longer.  Those things that God has spoken to us in our quiet time, in our prayer time, in our devotional time.  Those things that we have not seen come to pass.  The fulfillment of the prophetic words we have heard and have been given.

However, fulfillment comes with responsibility.  It comes with the responsibility to pray.  Pray those promises into fulfillment.  Sometimes it seems that when we receive a word from the Lord and that as soon as it is delivered, we think that settles it and it’s a done deal.  Well, I am of a different mindset.  I believe that we must first, receive the word.  Then we must believe the word.  Then we must pray the word into fulfillment.  Holy Spirit gave the scripture Ephesians 3:20 to us as our scripture for 2019 and as we came to the fall of the year, Holy Spirit said that Ephesians 3:20 was our scripture for the year 2020.  So, what do we do after Holy Spirit gives us a prophetic word? We receive, we believe, and we pray the word into fulfillment.  We meditate on the word.  We can add it to our dream board.  We can write it on our bathroom mirror.  But most of all we continue to believe that what God said Would happen, Will Happen.

Luke 1:45 is one of my scriptures I am most often reminded of, goes like this: Luke 1:45  “Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her.”   OH, MY GOLLY!!!  Did you see it???  Did you see the word FULFILL!!  As I typed the scripture out, when I got to the word FULFILL, I almost stopped breathing.  WOW!!! Total confirmation. I totally forgot the part about fulfilling His promise.  I always meditate on the part; “Blessed is She Who Believed.” That scripture is exactly what the Lord said minutes ago when I began typing when He said the word FULFILLment!!!

May I just take a moment to praise the Lord!!!  The very question I was asking the Lord over the past few weeks was just answered.  We Are going to see the Fulfillment of what the Lord has said and one of those promises is the promise of Ephesians 3:20.  “God is going to do exceedingly abundantly more than we could think or imagine.”  AMEN!!!

So now, let’s remember all of what the Lord has promised us.  Let’s focus on His promises.  Let’s pray and meditate on His word that aligns with His promises to us.  And let’s believe God for what has been spoken to us.

The steps are:

  1. Remember the prophetic word.
  2. Meditate and Pray on the prophetic word.
  3. Align our thoughts with the prophetic word, and with God’s word.

We hope and pray that you will be able to join us tomorrow evening.  The call-in information is listed below.

BIG, BIG HUGS!!!
